Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain the professionalism our clients expect and to accommodate the needs of others, we appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointment. Forty-eight (48) hours notice is required for cancellation of a Spa Package. A fee of 1/2 of the Spa Package will be charged without adequate notice. Due to the length of time involved in the Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatments, Visage requires 48 hours cancellation notice prior to the appointment time, or the reservation fee will not be refunded. Payment and Gratuity Payments for salon and spa services are accepted in the form of cash, check, and the following charge cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. PLEASE NOTE: Visage Salon does not allow gratuity to be added on credit card payments. If you wish to tip your beauty care provider please bring cash. Gift Cards Gift cards may be redeemed for any service, but may not include gratuity. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable. However, we will be happy to issue a salon credit for any service of equal value or the certificate can be applied towards retail products. Lost gift certificates are not the responsibility of the salon, however the salon will accommodate to the best of our abilities. |
Quality Service Policy
Visage takes pride in our salon and spa services. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with any service provided please contact us within one week from the date of service. We will be happy to redo the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Product Return Policy Visage is committed to offering only the best in quality salon and spa products. If you are unhappy with a product purchase, products may be returned within a week of purchase for exchange or salon credit only. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Children We offer salon services for children as well as adults. For the relaxation and consideration of our clients, we ask that children be supervised at all times within the salon and spa. For the safety of children and our employees we ask that children not play on or near stylists’ chairs and that they not enter the nail or spa areas unless accompanied by an adult. Cell Phones To ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests we ask that cell phones be silenced in the nail and spa areas. |
